Here is a little glimpse to some wedding moments ...
Roxanne and Wayne came all the way from the States to marry in Wayne's hometown of Christchurch. It is a beautiful city with a botanical garden that just has to be photographed. In any season it is textural, colourful and has the river Avon weaving its way through splendid trees and gardens. The service was held at the Chateau on the park, which is as pretty as it sounds. It has a medieval gothic sort of look, with water surrounding it, making it perfect for a romantic wedding.

Right from the get go, I knew Emma and Sam's wedding was going to be spectacular and thoroughly entertaining. They are both key figures in their own rights, in the current movie industry of New Zealand. It was a 2-day event at Emma's parents beautiful home in Christchurch, New Zealand. The wedding was split into a "theatre negotiation" where both parents and bridal party agreed to the nuptials. Followed by the ceremony - and then the games begun. An evening of films and entertainment under the big tent. All the decorations were a natural fruit and floral theme. It looked amazing! Emma and Sam wore parents and grandparents wedding garments throughout the day, and it was a real flashback to the past, which made this day even more special. This is a wonderful example of - "if you can dream it" - you can have your wedding day just the way you want it. Don't hold back and make it yours!

Lauren and Scott were married at the stunning Royce Hotel in St Kilda, during March. It was a fabulous Melbourne day, and the deco theme was stunning. Lauren put so much detail into everything - and it came together beautifully. We had alot of laughs when the groomsmen decided to have a game of basketball, and the bride started making some pretty impressive maneovres on the court in her high heels. The Royce Hotel Ballroom is a superb location for the reception with a sweeping staircase and mirrored rooms. .

John and Jenny were married at the Mornington Golf Club, with the jewel of the Mornington Peninsula as their backdrop. It was the perfect day with evening light to enhance their outdoor ceremony. It is wonderful when the weather turns it on here! The bridesmaids were in a stunning pink and reds, which looked fabulous in the evening light.

Brie and Chris were married at the Willow Creek Winery. The day was one of those stunning summer days on the Peninsula. Duke the dog had duties to perform, carrying the ring and keeping his masters calm on the day. He was a real trooper. The service was in the gardens at the winery, and the sun sparkled through the little bottles and hearts that were strung in the trees behind the bridal party, adding picture perfect romance to the afternoon light. A spectacular sunset ended the photography session perfectly.

Shona and Simon were married at Tatra Receptions in the Dandenongs. The mountain is not only their home, it is also an excellent choice of area to be married in. The venue organisers make a stunning setting, and provide the most wonderful service for their bridal parties. Photographing at this venue was fantastic, we didn't have to move anywhere else to get stunning photos, even the rooms were beautifully laid out. The couple and their awesome party had lots of memorable images. Congratulations!

Kelsie and James were married at the Brighton Savoy in March. The day by the beach could not be better planned. After the service we all walked down to the beach from the Hotel, only to find a beach packed with people and other bridal parties. We managed to make our ground, and in the photos it appears we had the whole beach to ourselves. James, Kelsie and I made a mad dash down there again when the sunset started to form, it was a perfect ending to their beautiful wedding.

Jessie and Dylan had a surprise wedding, it was so much fun. None of their guests knew they were about to attend a wedding. Under the guise of a birthday party all the guest arrived for a great hoe down at the local Mornington Brewery. Everybody was learning to dosey doe. Really! So, the day started with the wedding party getting ready and sneaking down to the Mornington Steam Train Park, and hoping no one would see us. Miraculously we managed to have a great shoot with the help of the wonderful staff there, and onlookers a bit surpised by us all sitting on the train. For a small fee this whole area is yours to do as you like, including the train! The photos speak for themselves, it was brilliant. To the surprise and tears of the guests, when the wedding ceremony was announced - everybody was delighted. It all went off so well.
